你必须找到除了爱情之外，能够使你用双脚坚强站在大地上的东西。你要找到谋生的方式，最重要是能让自己开心的方式，现在考虑不晚了。你必须把那些浮如飘絮的思绪，渐渐转化为清晰的思路和简单的文字。华丽和漂浮都不易长久，你要知道，给予文字阅读快感不够的，内容、思想、境界、灵魂、精神和智慧，这些才重要。

不要多看那些和你一个路数的女作家的文字。不要琐碎，无病呻吟。不要想到什么就写。不要流于小感伤和小感动。我要你相信温暖、美好、信任、尊严、坚强这些老掉牙的字眼。我不要你颓废、空虚、迷茫、糟践自己、伤害别人。我不要你把自己处理得一团糟。　　

节制自己的感情。不是任何人都能要。体验生活，是另外一回事，并不意味着堕落和放纵。千万不要认同那些伪装的酷和另类。他们是无事可做的人找出来放任自己无事可做的借口。真正的酷是在内心。你要有强大的内心。要有任凭时间流逝，不会磨折和屈服的信念。不是因为在象牙塔中，才说出我爱世界这样的话。是知道外面的黑、脏、丑陋之后，还要说出这样的话。好好去爱，去生活。青春如此短暂，不要叹老。偶尔可以停下来休息，但是别蹲下来张望。走了一条路的时候，记得别回头看。

伤心和委屈的时候，要嚎啕大哭，哭完洗洗脸，拍一拍，挤出一个微笑给自己看。不要揉，否则第二天早上会眼睛肿。

给自己一个远大的前程和目标。记得常常仰望天空，尤其是晚上清澈的星空。记住仰望天空的时候也看看脚下。

不要相信在恋爱上用手段的人。分手时不要口出恶言。吸取教训，但不要后悔。后悔没有用。别干撕照片、烧信、撕日记这样一类三流爱情电视剧中才有人干的事。如果真的有什么想要忘记的话就随它去吧。不在乎自然就会遗忘。

相信爱情，相信好男人在茫茫人海中终会寻觅到你。

找不到答案的事情就不要再想，不要自己给自己忧伤的陷阱。

不可以恨这个世界。因为你那么爱它它不会让你失望的。

爱物质，适当地。永远知道精神更重要。比那些名表、名牌、时装，更加美丽的是你自己。再精致的妆容也比不上健康纯真的微笑。

别瞧不起劳动人民，不要为劳动羞耻。土地不脏，汗味也不难闻。请尊重那些似乎生活状况不如你的人，因为这样才是尊重自己。永远体恤那些生活在底层的人们，因为我们的亲人就是在这些人群中。我们不娇贵。

不要小看一分钱。不妨自己去挣挣看。

被朋友伤害了的时候，别怀疑友情，但提防背叛你的人。原谅，但并不遗忘。做人存几分天真童心，对朋友保持一些侠义之情。

有小心机的女生是可爱的，但别把这种心计用在勾心斗角上，那样会很累。

喜欢不喜欢不是嘴说就能证明什么，因为它存在于我们的内心。纵使嘴里说“不喜欢”并不能阻挡爱本身。所以有些事情不要去强求说出口才行的话语。

做人不要太高调，高调容易招惹是非。但也不能太低调，该强悍时则强悍，但切不可咄咄逼人。同情那些比你可怜弱小的人，乐于助人，永远心存善念，怜悯，会使你高贵。

宽待自己，也宽待别人。当你不会因为小小的不如意小小的事而生气或难过的时候，你会轻松很多。

要原谅这世界和自己。要告诉自己，我值得拥有最好的一切。要快乐，要开朗，要坚韧，要温暖，这和性格无关。

55..今天出丑了,下课回宿舍的时候,因为太"专心"盯着某人,脚一踩空,就从楼梯下"啪啦"摔了个趔趄.......

然后有大约十位~是啊..十位同班同学看到了....哎呀...虽然没笑我..不过不保证他们以后会不会把这件事当笑料啊~~不过,说定了哦..大家表再提了哦..我有时很"脆弱"的哈..要不是我可会揶揄回你的啊~.

Maybe you guys will say "Why you always traveled around?" Well , in fact, i have to do the school visit twice a week!!..OMG~~ for a whole day~~But, i love it~ Coz i can be with so many cute children.

The school i visited is called Inchmarlo Pre. School. It is a boy school for p1 - p7. I was told that this is the best Pre school in the city! Have to mention is that, teachers there are so nice! They not only provied desert to me when having break. They also taught me so many teaching skills. Took the children to city tour. And, i ever had chance to teach the children something about China! Wow..and my Teacher--Laurence was there , observed me!! To be honest, i was quite nervous at the beginning. However, due to the children were soso active, i was so in the mood.^^..And the teachers gave me so high credit! *smile*..

Now i wanna mention something about the educational differences.

As far as I know, there are some differences in education system between U.K. and China. Here are some examples. The ages for children to go to primary school is different; here is 4-11,yet in China is 6-12.Another big difference is the categories of schools. In U.K., there are controlled schools, voluntary(maintained) schools and voluntary (non-maintained) schools. And there are protestant schools and catholic schools. In China we just have one type of school, namely, government-managed schools. Schools in the whole country have almost the same subjects and they have no big differences in the teaching policy. But there’re some big differences between the condition of schools. Owing to the funds for the big cities and remote areas schools have large differences. After our primary study, we no need to take Transfer Test to go to junior schools ;we go to junior school which is near where we live. That is to say, it depends on the location. I started my school observation from the first week of October, and I treasure this opportunity. Due to different conditions, China has a different method to train teacher. In my university, we start our observations in the second semester of year 3,and start to teach as practice teachers in our year 4.Namely,we don’t have much teaching experience as students here. Moreover, as far as I know, primary teacher here teaches many subjects whereas we have different teacher teaches different subject in China. And the number of students here is just around half or one third compared with China.

The classroom here is more amusing that we don’t have such colorful posters and book corner in China. I think classroom with the science related posters and the book corner will do a great help to increase children’s interests to learn new knowledge. A teacher’s job in China involves teaching one of the subjects to a number of classes in the same grades, which is different from here. And teachers don’t have their own classroom, teachers teach in different classrooms and each grade has their own staff-room. Teachers have their own desks and computers in the staff-room. There is another thing I should be aware is the dressing code of teachers in U.K.. In China, most of the time, children just sit there and listen to teacher talking about the facts by rote. Teacher is more in favor of student give the right answers. Nowadays this situation changes a lot because we realize that guessing out the answers is a very helpful process for study.

Let’s take a closer look to the students in class. Children here are so active and willing to answer questions through their own guessing. At the same time, teacher encourages children to keep on guessing even though some answers are not right. In China, most of the time, children just sit there and listen to teacher talking about the facts by rote. Teacher is more in favor of student give the right answers. Nowadays this situation changes a lot because we realize that guessing out the answers is a very helpful process for study.

I am so appreciated that i have so many friends around me, making me feel like a princess.....:)..

When i was in U.K. the first week, I did felt a little bit down. Not only i was the ONLY one from my University, everything was so so different from home. However, i did overcame the obstacle...Smile to the life..Because i have You , Jim, Nina, Vicky, Beate, Carmen, Jade, Rozi, Ruth, Andre, Sven, my uncle paul and many.:)

We had so many good time. We travelled to Giant's Causeway, we went to the geographical trip to Ireland. We three bought so cheap flight to London, and enjoyed the musical so much. We cooked Chinese food together. We went to night club, althought we lost our way one time.Lol. We dressed up as a witch in the Halloween day. We had bonfire, sang on the beach at 2 a.m. We studied together for our presention. We, We.......

It makes me in a multinational atmosphere; I have so many chances to be with people from different countries , different background, different culture. Moreover, it makes me deeply feel , ah, in fact, people are the same. It's not that complicated as i thought to communicate people. No matter where is he from, which region he believes, what kinda culture he has.

We are having lunch beside the sea when doing research .

白天的BIG FISH..在这里有必要介绍一下这条大鱼啊,可以说是BELFAST的地标了~~

它是由不同的陶瓷粘贴而成的.走近一看,每一片陶瓷片都非常有意思.都印上了一些关于BELFAST的图画,新闻...

下面是官方介绍:

If you're visiting the Lagan Lookout, or admiring the Customs House, you'll notice this big fish, commissioned to crown the face lift of the Belfast docks. It's by John Kindness, and the most interesting things about this fish are its beautiful blue scales. Take a closer look: every scale is a tile, and every tile tells a story about the city going back hundreds of years. What looks from a distance to be a simple sculpture becomes intricate and puzzling. Questions proliferate as the onlooker is drawn from tile to tile, from sailing ship to cartoon to portrait, and the sculpture (and the city) suddenly become more diverse and more surprising than before. Clambered on by children, admired by everyone who comes close enough to see its story, the Big Fish has already become Belfast's best-loved sculpture.

The Big Fish at night. I visited it at my last night in Belfast.

By chance, Jim took me to an awesome concert in Waterfront that night. So we decided to walk along the river and fullfill my dream to kiss the fish. Coz i heard that, the big fish will bring good luck to the people who kisses it!

I passed this road almost everyday. One morning, on my way to school, i saw the sun-shine brightly on the tree. How gorgeous!

　幸福是什么？如何找寻幸福？其实幸福快乐的奥秘就在你自己手中，在于你的视角、你的理解、你的心态、你的选择，换一种视角生活，以积极战胜消极，学会“自我帮助”，你会发现离幸福更近一步—— 　泰勒·本-沙哈尔(TalBen-Shahar)博士，哈佛大学“积极心理学”讲授者，他教授的“积极心理学”在哈佛课程中“受欢迎率”排名第一名，被誉为哈佛“最受欢迎的人生导师”。

“积极心理学的热切需求，是因为人们想变得更快乐、更幸福，想更多了解自己，更多了解别人，改善我们的生活。”

“我认为幸福才应是至高的财富，而金钱或声望绝不是用来衡量生命的标准。”“当我开始研究积极心理学后，我的人生也发生了彻底改变。我发现原来幸福就在于能掌握的积极心理力量；原来人有无限的潜能，却自己不知；原来每天可以体验幸福，却常常视而不见；原来心理的力量可以‘练习’，而很多人却习惯于无助……”

针对中国大学生如何找到自己的幸福，本-沙哈尔给出了这样的建议：“第一我希望学生们能够找到自己的优势和热情到底在哪，要倾听自己内心的声音，找寻到自己生命的使命感；第二希望学生多用幸福来度量生活中很多东西的价值，减少期待外界所定义的成功。第三希望学生接受你自己，不要忽略你所拥有的；要摆脱‘完美主义’，要‘学会失败’。”“还有一点就是必须简化你的生活，学会简化，而不是让你的生活变得更复杂。不要试图去追求过多，与其无法投入的全部做好，不如尽可能享受做每件事情的过程。”

“有一个很常见的误解，就是我们把目标的实现等同于幸福，认为‘一旦目标实现，就会开心快乐’。其实这只是一种‘幸福的假象’。很多时候，在目标实现后，你得到的幸福感可能就持续一周或一个月时间，关键是如何保持一种持续的幸福感，除了实现目标，包括朝目标迈进的每一刻都应该感受到幸福。目标赋予生命一种意义，一种选择，而不是简单的实现与否。我们应该享受到人生的每一个旅程，而不是目标实现的那一刻。”

在谈到幸福时，本-沙哈尔笑着说：“其实每个人都在完全的幸福和完全的不幸之间的中间地带，没有完全的‘幸福’和‘不幸’。幸福应该是一个不断的、更幸福的过程。我自己比五年前更幸福，我希望以后比现在更幸福。这也是我的新书为什么叫《HAPPIER》（含义为“更幸福”，中文版即将出版）的原因。希望大家有效运用积极心理学去面对工作和生活，你会发现离幸福更近一步。”

　　10条基础小TIPS。

1。遵从你内心的热情。选择对你有意义并且能让你快乐的工作

2。多和朋友在一起。亲密的人际关系是你幸福感的信号，最有可能为你带来幸福。

3。学会失败。成功没有捷径，不要让对失败的恐惧绊住你尝试新事物的脚步。

4。接受自己全然为人。失望。烦乱。悲伤是人生的一部分。接纳这些，并把它们当成自然之事。

5。简化生活。更多并不总代表更好，好事多了，也不一定有利。

6。有规律地锻炼。体育运动是你生活中最重要的事情之一。

7。充足睡眠。充足的睡眠是一笔非常棒的投资。

8。慷慨。当我们帮助别人时，我们也在帮助自己，当我们帮助自己时，也是在间接地帮助别人。

9。勇敢。勇气并不是恐惧，而是心怀恐惧仍然向前。

10。表达感激。记录他人的点滴思想，始终保持感恩之心。

感受BELFAST的第一缕阳光

BELFAST,其实以前对它一点都不了解.只知道是JIM 和 NINA的故乡,从他们口中知道BELFAST城市虽小,可是环境很优美.人们都很会生活,工作度假两不误.

告别了阴霾的爱丁堡,飞往BELFAST.下机,发现BELFAST的阳光是如此地和绚,暖而不灼,让人顿觉懒洋洋地.JIM 把我带去了学校,入住学生宿舍,注册登记,拿日程表,一切都进行得紊紊有序..并且要赞一下宿舍,一个人的单间,比在华师的条件好多了.

第一个星期没有什么学习任务,JIM & NINA就做为东道主带我去ARDS 和 BANGOR ROAD TRIP
