color="#999999">时光快得像要飞起来，假期和奥运的来临让北京城看起来有些不同。上周颠簸了三个地方，做了各种不同的工作，除了感冒后的过敏反映外，一切都还正常。住在海边，夜晚可以听见波涛拍岸的声响，偶尔海鸟的飘过带来清脆的叫喊。夕阳落，很美，昏红的一片，天海相连，虽然没有时间出去玩，但看一看久违的大海，也知足。出海的渔船荡漾在养殖海区，新鲜的海鲜传来美味，一口没迟到，但也知足。想起很多事情，还有一些隐退进生活角落里的朋友，比如很多年前的厦门之行，比如一晃既逝的熟悉面容。习惯于海边生活的人一定熬不过城市里急速的车流和狭窄的空间，胸怀敞开怎么能轻易地合闭。夏日晴空下，海边的雨是暖的，带着空气中的温度垂直击打在裸露的皮肤上，含蓄得像初见的朋友。钻进拖鞋里的沙有些粗糙，磨着光溜溜的脚掌，发痒。随着日光的照射，海水颜色也变化着，泛蓝，一点点地透亮起来.</font></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="新宋体" size="2" color="#999999">时光犹如海，总是带来些什么，又带走些什么，写下思念可以漂得很远，急了还可以撞撞石头。飞速地前进，从身边的各种地方溜走，然后却在别人的脸上留下岁月的痕迹，永远的捉摸不透，也拿捏不准。匆匆，悠悠，向着每一个极端发展，网络下生命里该要发生的所有.</font></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" color="#999999">接到一个苹果，老版，全新，纯属好友甲搞不定它，送给热爱电子设备的我。平滑的触屏，很不错的手感，但是如何可以像通常的普通手机一样在<span>PC</span>中操作同步呢？同步照片、音频、视频，安装第三方软件呢。昨天，几乎耗费了我大半天的时候来进行研究，网络上的搜索提供了许多论坛上的帮助，知道下载<span>ibus,itune,iphone pc suit</span>，当然还有重要的<span>Framework 2.0</span>。经过系列地尝试，终于可以同步了许多需要随身携带的内容，拷贝安装若干了小游戏和相关软件，像探索新大陆一样，艰难而有趣。</font></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 24pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="新宋体" size="2" color="#999999">尝试着给大王打个电话，时间很早，应该属于大王的休眠期。手机竟然出乎意料地开机，赶快挂掉，怕骚扰了大王的梦境。之后，其实在冥冥之中不受控制的手机已经自动调整至呼叫限制，不仅不可以接听，连同拨出也收到了干扰。这样所有在昨天<span>10</span>：<span>00</span>至下午<span>18</span>：<span>30</span>拨打我手机的人听到的全部都是此号码已&ldquo;被费掉&rdquo;。这令看到未接来电的大王着急不已，当之后沟通相互的情况后，二人笑喷于手机听筒旁。</font></p><p color="#999999">闷热的房间，对于科技的小小适应真的非常具有挑战性，何况所有解决问题都是源于网络搜索，一个个攻破，最终征服了我的亲爱的苹果。不过，苹果的便捷真的是无法比拟，尽管对于它的了解还是需要一个过程。</font></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 24pt" class="MsoNormal"><font color="#999999">昨日看了北舞<span>04</span>现编王枚老师带领下新创作的舞剧《洛神赋》，曹丕曹植的故事。一个纯粹的古典题材却是以完全现代的肢体表达方式阐述出来，干净、简洁，充满戏剧张力和力量。在情节处理上，没有赘述，像电影蒙太奇的剪辑一样，省去的部分由饰演曹植的演员一个表情突变而带出，接着，曹丕登基一目了然。曹植整个内心是由多个外部因素构建出来，一种影射现今生存状态的表述。我很喜欢朝廷百官的出场，就是一个重复的步态和穿梭的队形，勾勒出宫廷里的整个画面。躬着腰，双手呈上，八字步，行走时轻微左右摇摆，夸张了以往电视剧里朝廷大人们的形态，看起来非常逼真，又有肢体上的强化。</font></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 24pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="新宋体" size="2" color="#999999">作品一共分为五幕，对于所有演员来讲，这是一次体力上的考验，为了达到那种真实发力与节奏气息的配合，必须绷紧每一个调度和动作。局部小动态的运用还是被保留在这个作品中，其实集体舞段的呈现并不代表一定要有整齐划一的大幅度动作，一个小小的连续震颤可以有同样的效果。这种细碎的小动态已经成为王枚老师作品风格的一个标签，为什么用标签来说，是由于王枚老师的创造力所至，没准下一个作品又会出现其他新的惊喜。</font></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 24pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="新宋体" size="2" color="#999999">演员状态是我想着重强调的，坐在教室里最后一排的加座上，身上一次次过电，那种感觉是逼真的，引得寒毛竖起，视觉通感传达地非常迅速。很长时间在看戏的时候没有过这样反应，看着剧中的人物，想哭，替曹植，替甄宓。人真的是有命有运。在作品开始表演之前，演员全部很早来到教室，安静地各种活动身体，然后闭目养神。这是一种职业操守，专业，敬业的好演员。间歇下场的演员，按着顺序在一旁准备好，从不多话，从不乱动扰乱观众视觉。我很佩服王枚老师，这是一种教师教导的结果，另一个人格魅力传达的影响。</font></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 24pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="新宋体" size="2" color="#999999">整个作品细看每一个局部片段，无论集体舞的调度，双三人舞的配合，都是那样的精准，没有一点拖沓和懈怠。可以从每一个演员的眼神里读出怜悯、悲愤、不懈、凶残和柔情。从前总是觉得现代舞是不需要面部表情进行配合表达情绪，只要意识到，磁场有，动作干净，呼吸有致即可。《洛神赋》改变了我的认识，并且让我觉得他们确实是由内而外，由心而发，反而越发觉得像话剧舞台上的演员们。这里没有内心的空白，全部用所有的训练和体验填满。</font></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 24pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="新宋体" size="2" color="#999999">最终结束的时候，场内的掌声持续了很长时间，我知道这群一起奋斗，打拼的孩子们就要各奔东西，不知再次聚首又是何时。我想可能老师的失落正在于此，仿佛一个捍守艺术殿堂的侍卫，总是目睹有人呱呱爬进这里，长大成人，修得正果，带着各自的理想和追求走进那茫茫望不见尽头的社会汪洋。</font></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 24pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="新宋体" size="2" color="#999999">王枚老师不让我叫她大师，可是我就是认为她是大师，一个低调、可爱、严格、犀利的人。</font></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 24pt" </span></span>看着它们，我忽然想，对于米线的了解还是不够彻底。无法仅凭几次面对的印象来评判这究竟是怎样一种食物。米线变面条的确带给我惊讶，扫除单一的认识。显而易见，环境对于食物具有一定影响力，加上米线本身的质地，由劲道变粗软是不足为奇的。可能下次再对环境进行择时和挑选，米线还是会变成原先吃到的样子。</font></font></font></font></p><p
