I just had another fantastic lucid dream. In this time, I finished my two lucid dream tasks: go to the Moon and go to the Maya Temples.

I felt myself left my body, and flew toward the window, I flew out of the widow, I knew I was in...

I jusd had the most fantastic and thrilling dream I ever had

I went to bed at about 6:16am and waked up at 9:40am,and during this time I had a most fantastic and thrilling dream.The feeling of the time of dream was very long,longer than 3 hours,even though I only slept about 3 hours.The scene and dream characters were very complicated.

And this time,in the dream I was attracked by the dream characters,and I was injured badly.There were really too many interesting storys I wanted to tell about this dream.I really think dream deserve me to write an adventure novel.Anyway,I write some keywords and main sentieces firstly,which help me to recall this dream in the future ,and the detail story I will tell you later when I have free time to write all them down.

Key words or sentences about the story happened in the dream:

...---evil black-cloud ancient kights and soliders---...

enormous black clouds --- shape like ancient kights and solider---they are angry and evil spirit---they killed people when they passed--one cloud kight called "Berlin" entered into a house---it hold a huge and sharpe black knife made of by ice---it cruely killed child---that child become ghost---he tried to communicate with his family---he use ghost power make all his books out of drawer---he made a toy hand float in the air---his family knew thay he had died and his ghost was in the house---he played a video to his family---about another little boy who had some accident or might be died---his father kept his spirit in a book--............

...---the story about the boy who lived in the book--...

(very long and complicated,so complicated even when I was in my own dream I didn't not totally uderstand--not because the dream scene was disorder but seemingly it was more complicated in a logical way)

--the boy's father,a psychologist--find some problem about his son--do a psychologist test--the boy answerned seemily well--he felt there was still some thing wrong about the book and his son--he went to an old house--open a closet--a huge ancient book--he said to the book he wanted to enter a book by himself,then he could feel the same situation as his son felt ---his spirit enter into the book--he got some trouble because that book was hated by other books in this house---other book tried to attrack this book---.......----at last he found the problem about his son and the son's book---anything begin with his wife---she loved his son very much---she died---her spirit lived in the book in the form of a photo at the last page of that book---seemingly that boy whose spirit also lived in that book did not know his mother also in that book---their mind was in some term connected but they did not know---the mother went to the past memorey of his son---fancy she can change that accident which happend on his son---her effort made a problem,which seemingly made the whole story was complicated in a logical way.......---the book was be copyed---sold out---something was wrong---....

...---the story about a swindler---...

(I participated in this part of the story of this dream,where I was first time be attracked by a group of kids and beautiful but evil girls and was injured so badly that I could felt a little pain when I touch my incised wounds in the dream,they used knifes to attracked me so I got so many incised wounds on my face and body,more than 20 wounds on my body I think).......(too much continue later)

Looking For My Dreamguide--Part 1-1.5

---What was behind the door?---

....I was in a street,(the scene was not vivid) and I saw a man stand in front of me.Suddenly I remembered one of my lucid dream tasks---looking for my dream guide,so I asked the man:"Are you my dreamguide?"(At that time I was a little lucid)And the man didn't answer,instead he gave me a gesture---his fingers pointing to a door of a house,which behind him.Then I went to the door,and I knocked at the door,but at this thime the dream secene faded out....I waked up.

[When I waked up,I thought"Oh,my gossh!I was so close,but unfortunately I waked up while I was try to find out wheather my dreamguide was in the room behind that door."Anyway I really curiously about what was behind the door--My dreamguide?Or a evil monster?Or nobody there?Or other thing else?]

[I had this dream was on 24th,July,2008. ]

Actually I did not remember most part of this dream but the only scene I remembed was this scene:

....I reliazed that I was dreaming,and I tried to fly.I always use two-legl-shaking-style to fly in the dream.But this time I tried to change my position.I used a superman-style to fly.It was night and I saw a big house in the front of me,so I flied toward it.At first I thought I did not move and I still in the original place,then I try to concentreate my mind on the target ---the house,where I wanted to fly to it.Then seemingly it work,I flied to the house quickly....

Polyphasica Sleep --Day 1 and Day 2

-DAY 1-

08-7-04 went to bed at 22:30,plan to have a 25 minutes nap,but OVERSLEPT AGAIN!

08-7-05 woke up at 10:45 next day

[state:fell asleep surly, dream:a long dream and a little vivid,dreamed alien things and was a doctor-who-adventure-type dream]

(Total sleep time:12 hours)

-DAY 2-

08-7-05 had first nap at 15:10,and woke up at 16:30

[state:fell asleep,but a little oversleeping, dream:not sure]

had the second "nap" at 20:00,and woke up at 20:25

[state:not really fell asleep,just closed eyes,and rest on bed. dream:surly no]

08-7-06 had the third nap at 24:00,and woke up at 02:08

[state:fell asleep,but a little oversleeping, dream:not sure.]

had the forth nap at 5:58,and woke up at 11:11

[state:fell asleep,but totally OVERSLEEPING AGAIN,dream:have]

(Total sleep time:narly 9.5 hours)

Polyphasica Sleep Experiment---Try it again!

I didn't remember that how many times I have said that I will try polyphasic sleep.Yeah.I have tried it several times before,but each time I did not really hold it to the last.Actually I failed.Now I decide to try it again.And will it fail just like previouse ones?Do I oversleep again and again?

Previously I failed on polyphasic sleep because several reasons.

First,I think I did not try it in a right way.When people do polyphasic sleep,normally people will eat a lot,especially fruits and vegetables.But to me when I try polyphasic sleep I ate very little.So this might lead to I can not hold this kind of sleep to the last.I did not gather enough energy from sleep,neither from my diet.So surly I could fail on it.And this time I should pay more attention on my daily diet when I try to have polyphasic sleep.

And the second reason is that I enjoyed my dream very much.Each time I overslept I always would have some funny dreams,so I did not really wanna to interrupt my dreams.So I overslpt again and again and again.Aslo weak self-discpline is another one of the important reasons.From another perspective,the physical world actually is another bigger and the most vivid "dream",and I try polyphasic sleep means I will have more time to do things and understand and experience in this "bigger dream".And this is also good for me.I also try to be lucid in this "bigger dream".And also explorting and creat fatastic things in this "dream".

-"Are you my dream guide?"-

...I was lucid again.I was in a street,and i saw a little girl who wore a black dress runing in front me.Suddenly I remembered my lucid dream task---follwing a dream character.Then I fellow her.She ran into a lane,and in the lane I saw another dream character,it was a man.Then I asked him:"Are you my dream guide?"And I asked this question again in Chinese.When I asked him I still could feel my voice came from my throat.I felt very real when I speak in my dream.And then the man said:"Yes."...I fellow him and came to his place.It was a little prison,and out of the prison there were several soldiers.They said the prison never really imprisoned the man,who said he was my dream guide.....I entered into the prison and I asked the man:"If you are my dream guide,then do you know who I am."He did not reply.Then I asked him again.He groaned.Then I said if you were not my dream guide then would you like to be my teacher in the dream.I thought he agrred....He took out a iphone,and showed me some pictures,like some art work picture.And he also said something I did not remember....

Anyway this was the first time in the dream the dream character claimed that he was my dream guide.But I think maybe he was not really my dream guide,because he did not answer the question about who I am.

Try Polyphasica Sleep Again

OVERSLEEPING,OVERSLEEPING,AND OVER SLEEPING AGAIN!

That was why I was failure in my first polyphsica sleep trying.Was my self-discplin not strong enough?Yes.Did my alarm clock not ring?Maybe.And was I too tired?Maybe.Anyway eventually I did not hold my first polyphasic sleep trying to the last.

And now,after nearly 1 months later,I decide to try polyphasica sleep again.Why?Because I need more time to do things,study and also have fun.So I decide to start my second polyfasica sleep on 18th,June.This time I must to hold it to the last,and should not to give up easily.If it goes ok,I will have polyphasic sleep untill 20th,July.So the second trying nearly last 1 month.Will I have my polyphasica sleep successfully?Am I feel better and energetic during this 1 month?We will see.
